1. Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the safari start date
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
2. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and luggage. Safari Expert Tanzania is not liable for costs arising from uninsured incidents.
4. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to operate safaris as advertised, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns. Alternative arrangements of comparable standard will be provided where possible.
5. Liability
Safari Expert Tanzania acts in good faith to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. We are not liable for:
- Injuries, illness, or death during safari activities
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events
- Actions of third-party service providers
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Follow all guide instructions and park regulations at all times
- Respect wildlife and maintain safe distances
- Carry valid passport and visa documentation
- Inform us of any medical conditions before the safari
